Each jewelry piece is handcrafted using wire-wrap techniques.
Our sterling silver is .925.   
Each gemstone, crystal, and pearl is unique and may vary slightly in color and shape.  

What are your shipping methods?

Shipping is done via USPS priority mail and comes with delivery confirmation. If you want something expedited with insurance, please email us and we will send you an updated invoice based on the exact cost of that service.

Zora New York ships worldwide. 

How long will it take for me to get my jewelry?

Please allow 8 - 10 days including delivery time. For international shipments, please allow more time.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?  

We will be glad to exchange or credit your credit card if you are not completely satisfied with our products. The merchandise must be returned to Zora New York in its original condition within 5 days from the date of receipt. Email us at info@zoranewyork.com prior to sending the return.
